OK! Monday is May 5th, Cinco De Mayo. And in celebration, our specials for the entire week will have a Mexican theme.

Here is the tentative menu for the Specials that we are planning for the week!

MONDAY: Gorditas with Spanish Rice & Refried Beans

TUESDAY: Chipotle Pulled Flautas or Tostadas with Calabraza Spanish Pasta

WEDNESDAY: Soft Beef Tacos, Sopa de Fideo and Black Beans

THURSDAY: Arroz con Pollo, Chicharrones, Salad

FRIDAY: Enchiladas with Spanish Rice and Beans

If we can come up with a good Cabrito recipe WATCH OUT!!
